These practice sessions are suitable for people who are familiar with meditation and may have done some loving-kindness practice before and would like to explore and deepen compassion and tonglen practices.
In the four sessions we will go over the basics of self compassion, compassion for others, self-tonglen and tonglen for others.
We will explore these practices through guided meditations, reflections and in small discussion groups to get a feeling what life would be like if we were able to be more compassionate for ourselves and others.
