Instructors

Donal Byrne

Donal read the book of Tibetan Book of Living and Dying twenty years ago, after which he joined Rigpa, learnt how to meditate (the greatest gift you can give yourself as the book explained) and became a lifelong student of Sogyal Rinpoche. These teachings are a wisdom heritage for all humanity and he is happy to share them with students interested in learning about the true nature of reality.

Bridget Mallon

Brigid has been a student of Soyal Rinpoche since 1986. She has been fortunate to receive teachings from many Tibetan masters and has attended retreats in India and Europe . Brigid has been instructing in Rigpa since 1994 and is looking forward to sharing and exploring this ancient wisdom with all course participants.
