The Life of the Buddha: Heart Lessons

With Ringu Tulku Rinpoche

includes 19 teachings each | around 20 minutes long

In this new series of short teachings recently recorded in Sikkim, Ringu Tulku takes us on a journey through the Buddha’s life, illustrating how the stages and key turning points in the Buddha’s life offer valuable insights into how we can bring Buddhist values to deal with the challenges we ourselves face in this life.

Ringu Tulku Rinpoche has been teaching in Rigpa around the world for 30 years. He is known for his warm humour, the clarity of his teachings and his engaging style of storytelling.

Translation: The teachings are in English with translation available in French, German, Italian and Spanish.

Supporting Rigpa’s retreat centres

Rigpa offers free content online through a number of our centres and social media platforms (Facebook and YouTube), but for this event and a few other online events in 2020 we do request a financial contribution. The income from these dedicated events will go to supporting Rigpa’s two main retreat centres: Lerab Ling in France and Dzogchen Beara in Ireland. Both these centres are facing a dramatic loss of income due to cancelled and disrupted live programmes this year due to the worldwide Coronavirus pandemic.
We are aware that many people are facing similar financial difficulties so there is an option to pay a reduced contribution for this event.
Thank you for your support.
