“Generally we waste our lives, distracted from our true selves, in endless activity; meditation, on the other hand, is the way to bring us back to ourselves, where we can really experience and taste our full being, beyond all habitual patterns.”
Sogyal Rinpoche

Practicing meditation in a retreat environment is a special opportunity to refine our practice, enhance our understanding and simply enjoy a taste of the peace of mind and deep sense of well being that meditation brings.

The retreat will include; inspirational video of teachings by Sogyal Rinpoche, extended periods of meditation and silence, in-depth meditation instruction and clarification through questions/answers with experienced instructors.

Also included is walking meditation and other light exercises, sessions focusing on how to integrate our practice in daily life and optional participation in daily Loving Kindness practice.

This is a Free Spirit event
Catering only fee €126.
