Andrew Warr: Meditation as a Way of Being

This weekend retreat offers an opportunity to focus on meditation and teaches us how to be present, calm and aware. It will include experiential instruction in the practice of meditation, opportunities to meditate in a supportive environment, as well as space for discussion and reflection.

This weekend retreat is ideal for those new to meditation as well as for more experienced meditators from all traditions.

Fees: Full fee €90; Concession €60.
Includes tea/coffee and biscuits. Lunch not included.

Bio: Andrew Warr is one of Rigpa’s senior-most instructors. He has been studying and practising Buddhism under the guidance of Sogyal Rinpoche since 1984, and has been an instructor in Rigpa for over 20 years.

He travels widely in Europe, North America and Australia giving courses, supporting retreats and offering instructor training. He regularly leads short retreats at Dzogchen Beara in West Cork, and is active in designing Rigpa courses.
