Programme Spring 2010

Ground and Path
Wednesday evenings 19h30- 21h30
This course will continue on Wednesday January 20th at 19h30.
The Wednesday evening session is for those who have previously attended Rigpa introductory courses and who wish to deepen their understanding of the Buddhist teachings.

The Way to Inner Peace and Contentment
Thursday evenings 19h45 - 21h15

The centre will reopen to the public on Thursday January 21st.

We run a drop-in evening on Thursdays and all are welcome to attend. The night includes meditation instruction, video teachings and time for discussion. It is particularly suitable for those who would be relative newcomers to Buddhism and meditation.

 
Sangha Days                                   

The dates for the 2010 Sangha Days are listed below. Everyone who has attended a Rigpa course or retreat is welcome to attend these gatherings where a selection of Sogyal Rinpoche's most recent teachings will be shared. The start time for each Sangha Day is 09h00.

Home Retreat                          

For those participating in the Home Retreat Programme, weekly sessions for both the Intensive and Parallel Programme are being run. The Parallel Programme will resume on Tuesday January 19th at 19h45 and continue weekly. For information regarding other sessions please contact the centre.
