HOW TO BE HAPPY Summer retreat 2011 with Sogyal Rinpoche Dzogchen Beara, Ireland, 10 - 19 June 2011 "Grant your blessing so that the path may clarify confusion. Grant your blessing that confusion may dawn as wisdom." the great Tibetan saint Gampopa We are delighted that Sogyal Rinpoche will be returning to Dzogchen Beara to lead the annual 9-day retreat from 10th to 19th June 2011.
Dzogchen Beara is Rigpa’s main retreat centre in Ireland. It is situated on the wild and beautiful Beara Peninsula, and sits high on cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This is a little earlier in the summer than usual due to Rinpoche’s busy international schedule but we hope as many of you will be able to join us for this historic retreat which will be held in a beautiful marquee directly on the site of the future Temple.
The Temple site will be cleared in preparation for the retreat and soon after we will begin laying the foundations (for more information visit www.temple.dzogchenbeara.org )
To help make the 9-day retreat more affordable for all:
- ‘Early bird’ reduced fees
- Retreat Fee includes lunch and evening meals
- Reduced rates for self-catering accommodation locally with daily shuttle bus
- Transfers to/from Cork Airport
There will be translation for French and German students.
New in 2011: we are offering a "weekend only option" from 17th to 19th June. For information and booking : visit dzogchen beara website
