10 day retreat with Sogyal Rinpoche

Sogyal Rinpoche will be returning to Dzogchen Beara to lead the annual Irish Retreat.

With teachings from Sogyal Rinpoche, group and personal meditation practice, presentations by Rinpoche’s senior students, as well as study and periods of silence, this is a rare opportunity to experience, integrate, and stabilize these teachings in an environment of retreat. The retreat is open to everyone.

Dzogchen Beara is Rigpa’s main retreat centre in Ireland. It is situated on the wild and beautiful Beara Peninsula, and sits high on cliffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
