Meditation weekend led by senior instructor

The weekend will be led by Andrew Warr, one of Sogyal Rinpoche's senior students.  This weekend retreat is open to everyone and will include video teachings by Sogyal Rinpoche, instruction in meditation and opportunities for personal reflection and discussion.

Andrew Warr has been a student of Sogyal Rinpoche since 1984. He is an International Senior Instructor, and regularly leads retreats at Dzogchen Beara and Internationally. More recently he has specialised in presenting Loving Kindness meditation and on preparing guidelines on Loving Kindness for other Rigpa instructors.
